Tadaflo 10 mg contains Tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It is primarily used to treat: Erectile Dysfunction (ED): Helps achieve and maintain an erection by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Lowers blood pressure in the lungs by relaxing the blood vessels in the chest, increasing blood supply to the lungs, and decreasing the workload of the heart. Tadaflo works by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, leading to increased levels of cyclic GMP, resulting in smooth muscle relaxation and improved blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. It also relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs .
